LIFE AFFIRMING PRACTICES AND APPROACHES (LAPAA)

CORONAVIRUS & OTHER CHRONIC RESPIRATORY ILLNESSES, NATURAL REMEDIES & PRACTICES


(SELF HEAL-SELF CARE) - Treatment time approx 30 mins daily




You should give yourself approximately half an hour to carry out this daily treatment for the best results. However, if you do not have the time, just carry out the procedure for as long as you can.

EQUIPMENT/QUANTUM HEALING TOOLS

1. Appropriate Face Mask

2. Appropriate Nose Inhaler

3. Appropriate Mouth Inhaler

4. Appropriate Essential Oils

5. Himalayan Sea Salt

6. Iodine (Iodine should only be used where there are symptoms of infection in the throat. One drop of Iodine into the bottom filling hole of your Nose/Mouth Inhaler, is sufficient - shake the container and it is ready for inhalation, 5-10 breaths is enough for one session. This can last for a few days without refreshing.)

7. Good supply of Tissues

8. A shopping size Plastic Disposable Bag - if possible use a biodegradable bag and comply with protocol for the disposal of Covid-19 infected items.

INTRODUCTION

During this time of crisis in global public health, many people worldwide are suffering from and even dying due to the effects of Coronavirus and other serious, chronic respiratory diseases.

Despite much media reporting, the true origins of Coronavirus and other serious and chronic respiratory viruses, are still not fully known. At present there is no vaccine or established medical cure, not just to Coronavirus, but even many other related respiratory viruses.

Further, it is quite clear that national Public Health Systems – Hospitals, Care Workers and Care Services are overwhelmed by this current pandemic. As a consequence, many people are suffering and dying as a result of failing to carry out even basic preventative practices and self care.

It is therefore clear that it individuals have to take whatever ‘preventative’ and ‘curative’ steps and measures open and available to them, their families and also within their Communities, in order to preserve their health and the lives their families and friends, within their Communities.

It is with this goal in mind that LAPAA is providing a series of articles as part of our ‘SELF HEAL-SELF CARE’ Series, suggesting the use of iGURU! Quantum Health & Healing Technologies, as a daily and /or regular practice.

METHOD - ON WAKING /CHEST CLEARING


On waking, use your iGURU! Quantum Health & Healing inhaler (or any appropriate inhaler) as prescribed.

1. Close the right nostril with the right thumb – inhale deeply through your left nostril – deep into your lungs. If you can, Visualise the air moving up through your left nostril, then down your throat – and then deep into your lungs.

2. Hold your breath between approximately 5-15 seconds (or for as long as is comfortable.)

3. Closing the left nostril with your left thumb exhale/breathe out through your right nostril.

4. Repeat the procedure with your other nostril – namely; with your left hand, close your left nostril with your left thumb. Placing your inhaler in your right nostril, inhale deeply through your right nostril - into your throat and then down into your lungs. If you can, Visualise the air moving up through your right nostril, then down your throat – and then deep into your lungs.


5. Hold your breath between approximately 5-15 seconds (or for as long as is comfortable.)

6. Closing your right nostril with your right thumb, exhale/breathe out through your left nostril.

USE OF FACE MASK

7. Then take your Face Mask and put a couple of drops of your essential oil on the Face Mask (near where your nose will be.) The following are recommended scents - Frankincense, Peppermint, Eucalyptus (1-2 Frankincense and peppermint will last for a few days in the inhaler.)



8. Then put on your Face Mask.


9. You may now feel the need to 'cough,' 'sneeze' or 'spit.'


10. Removing your Face Mask, you should carry out the relevant action ‘coughing,’ ‘sneezing’ or ‘spitting’ into a tissue and making sure it is carefully, safely, disposed of in your plastic disposable bag.


11. Then put your Face Mask back on.


12. Carry out this process, for as long as required to clear your lungs.

LARASH (LIE AND RELAX AND SELF HEAL) POSITION



13. If you are able to, after each clearing of phlegm/mucus/catarrh – you should resume the LARASH (Lie And Relax And Self Heal) Position. This is simply to assume a lying down on your back position.

You are to maintain your LARASH Position until you feel the phlegm/mucus/catarrh gathering in your body and the need to ‘cough,’ ‘sneeze’ or ‘spit.’


This completes ‘round 1’ of the ‘chest clearing practice.’

Once you have cleared any phlegm/mucus/catarrh you can then precede to the next step, which is using your mouth inhaler.


NOTE:- If you feel that because of your condition you experience 'laboured breathing' or have an extreme chest congestion, you can carry out the LARASH Position by lying on your stomach. This practice can also be recommended generally to avoid pooling in the lungs.


MOUTH INHALER

(Your Mouth Inhaler should have in it where ever possible - 1. One of the Essential oils recommended (see 7. above.) 2. Himalayan Sea Salt.)


14. Taking your mouth inhaler, inhale through your mouth - taking the air down the throat and deep into your lungs. Hold your breath between approximately 5-15 seconds (or for as long as is comfortable) and then breathe out.

Wait to see if you wish to bring up any phlegm/mucus/catarrh – if so, do so by blowing your nose or coughing/spitting out phlegm, mucus or catarrh into tissue and immediately dispose of it in your disposable plastic bag.


15. You should put your Face Mask on.

16. You should then resume the LARASH (Lie And Relax And Self Heal) Position. This is simply to assume a lying down on your back position.

You are to maintain your LARASH Position until you feel the phlegm/mucus/catarrh gathering in your body and the need to ‘cough,’ ‘sneeze’ or ‘spit.’


If this occurs - you should carry out the relevant action ‘coughing,’ ‘sneezing’ or ‘spitting’ into a tissue and making sure it is carefully, safely, disposed of in your plastic disposable bag.

This completes ‘round 2’ of the ‘chest clearing practice.’

This should be sufficient for one session, however if you are ‘chronically blocked’ and feel the need to carry out any part of the procedure described above again, you should do so.

17. You should then return to your LARASH Position for as long as possible – moving only to get up to ‘cough,’ ‘sneeze’ or ‘spit’ and to dispose of used tissue paper in disposable bag.

If this practice is carried out on a daily basis – this will provide a good 'Life Affirming Practice and Approach' to Coronavirus and other serious respiratory ailments. You should of course, carry out all other safe guarding measures throughout the day in accordance with agreed reasonable and sensible recommended medical practice currently in operation.
